An "action hero" is the person you are when passionately living your purpose, using powers of intelligence and love to let life flourish. By making the planet safe for every creature, it will be safe for us.

Departing the Roblito project, Carroline Savery shared, "It was never more obvious that my life was making a difference. I never watched children really learn and get so excited about reading and spelling. It is not about forcing children to do anything. I saw all these portals of opportunity opening in that moment. I did this and never felt more valued and happy."

During hurricane relief work with World Shelters, Bruce Mcintosh expressed why his service was so important, not just for the people he served, but for his own personal development: "Being around genuine, loving people empowers you. I'm finding out who my authentic self is and how powerful that is. I am a real people person. Compassion, kindness, understanding and love are the most powerful things in the world. Drama strips away the hard shell. How can we not respect each other?!"

Faerie Fair in the Enchanted Forest : In a world not so far away, where folklore and legend are reality, a tribe of magical beings gather among the trees to circle a stone's throw from the ocean. When El Sol is directly over head on Thor's day (or Guru's day if your Hindu), until it raises again, a play will unfold with costuming, jewelery making, face painting, beat boxing minstrels, clothing swap, potluck, spirits, fireside poetry and the council of elders. Atop Crow's Mountain, faeries fly on swings over moss covered outcroppings and golden rays glisten on gossamer wings, revealing the ethereal. Candle lit pathways will lead pixie playmates to giant spider webs and a platform high above in the canopy where elves and Ewoks live. This is a safe place for all ages, for trolls are powerless in the presence of greatness. When darkness falls, heavy cotton blankets and fairy tales shall carry wee ones cuddling, snuggling and giggling into dreamland.

New Waveland Cafe : Katrina hit the gulf coast like a nuclear bomb, destroying every community a hundred miles from the sea, three states wide. It was high tide when the eye of Katrina passed over Waveland, causing a 30ft storm surge, which obliterated homes near the beach, leaving nothing but concrete slabs, and caused people further inland to drown as rising waters trapped them in attics. With a sense of personal initiative and community organization, Rainbows got it their act together fast, and were on the front lines as first responders in Waveland, saving lives serving nutritious food and running a medical clinic, and Burners were based at the Buddhist Temple in Biloxi clearing debris with heavy equipment and setting up supply distribution for residents. This is their story.
